Signet has developed a HIPAA compliant website for our clients to refer and track their assignments. The website is user friendly and gives you instant, real-time information on your assignment at the touch of a button.  The website was created with the claim process in mind:

  • Secure, encrypted website compliant with HIPAA
  • Individual Log In and Password
  • Electronically assign IMEs, Peer Reviews and Radiological Reviews
  • See status of assignment (real time) including:
    • Date and time of appointment(s)
    • Examining Doctor
    • Show/No Show information
  • Print all documents attached to assignment including reports and scheduling letters.
  • All medical records copied for assignment are electronically stored and accessible through the website
  • Search engine allows user to look up and print any assignment they have made in the past, with no “destruction” date
  • Pre-fill information for claims previously assigned, only need to enter it once
  • Individual profile preferences including:
    • Receive email notification of new assignments
    • “electronic inbox” of all new, unseen documents
    • manager log in that allows access to all assignments
